No Unauthorized Crawl
As of October 2, 2024, unauthorized crawling of information from this site may cause disruptions to service operations and inconvenience other users, and is therefore prohibited.
Prohibition of unauthorized mass collection
Search engine bots and ordinary document indexers may access the site within normal operational limits. However, unauthorized large-scale collection for AI training, inference, resale, or bulk extraction may disrupt service and may be blocked.
Blocking of abusive access
